Journey to the centre of good life!

Immense interest in healthcare field and indic sciences since childhood made me pursue Ayurveda which literally means the classical science of good life.

The facts and figures in the ancient texts of ayurvedic pharmacology intrigued me so much so that pursuing M.D. in this subject not only opened doors to the endless treasure of medicinal natural products but also has made me live, love, practice and spread this knowledge.

As the Maharshi Charak precisely states

धर्मार्थकाममोक्षाणाम् आरोग्यं मूलमुत्तमम्।।

No matter what worldly or heavenly heights you are seeking to reach, the only medium is a healthy body. And mind that both Ayurveda and the World Health Organisation include complete well being of body, mind, spirit and social life in the term Health! The ultimate accomplishment of the lifetime is achieved through good health!

Another principle of Ayurveda is that being a medium to help others achieve good health itself is a noble deed. So here I am, trying to be able to help you with your health concerns and provide as much as I can through this communication with the blessings and teachings from my family and all the Gurus.
